What apps do you swear by?

What apps do you swear by? I’m trying to embrace more tech and apps to make my life easier. I’m not into social media, but always looking to save time and improve my life.

My contribution is;

Paprika 3 - I just downloaded it and am already feeling the benefits of a recipe planner.

What apps do you swear by, and what are they doing for you?

Todoist - contains all my to do lists and projects in a really organised way. My life would fall apart without this.
Tody - has allowed me to finally get on top of cleaning my house.

Microsoft To Do. I would not deal with my workload without it!

I also love an app called 'Now Do This'. It's a super-simple productivity app which sounds stupid when I describe it, but it's great on a day when I've got loads of jobs to do at home and am having trouble motivating myself and knowing where to start. You type in your list of tasks, then press start and it shows you just the first task in the middle of a plain white background. I rush off and do the task, come back and hit 'done'. Up pings the next task. Repeat. I don't know why it's so effective Grin It's like it's saying 'Ready, set... GO!' on each individual task!

StashCook- let's me meal plan and save not only my own recipes but those from websites and photographs/screenshots from magazines and books.

OurGroceries - lets me add stuff to my personalised shopping lists with the Alexa, even in the cat ifbo suddenly remember something!

OMG Now Do This sounds AMAZING (though now I scrolled up and re-read, I saw it doesn't break tasks down into individual subtasks which I for some reason thought it did).

I use Tody as well. I am domestically challenged and struggle with routine and it helps a lot.

Google calendar, setting recurring events helps me plan my days.

Local public transport company app, to plan journeys, check departures/delays and buy tickets.

Tiderly for me, simple to use and replaced my notepad. Stumbled upon it in a long search for a basic reminder and task app.
