Posting in chat for traffic. DH has epilepsy, takes Keppra and is stable with it. Has Candida in his mouth and bladder, he took a 150mg Fluconazole and at the peak time which I understand is after 2 hours he had a very small seizure. He is scared of having another while the Fluconazole is in his system. We understood both medicines were compatible. Have we been misinformed?

There is no documented interaction for those two medications, however that means it is expected to be safe as no one has reported it not that they don't interact.
