Year 3000 confused

This song came out in 2003

If they were talking about a great, great, great grand daughter ..... what year would it actually be?

Assuming 20-35 years between generations, and the “you” in the song is a young adult of about 20… that means

2003-2018 - daughter
2023-2053 - grand daughter
2043-2088 - great grand daughter
2063-2123 - great great grand daughter
2083-2158 - great great great grand daughter

Not much?? That's a monumentally massive change and practically every aspect of life will be very different.

Very true point that I hadn't considered before. I suppose living underwater would be slightly challenging 🤔

3000 - 2025 = 975 if I'm not much mistaken.

On average 3 generations a century so roughtly 30 generations, so in the year 3000 that would be your 25x great-great-great grand daughter.😂😂
