Help me find this book please flight/Paris/apocalypse

I picked up a book in the library put it down and have never been able to find it again.

It was a quick read book so probably about 100 pages.

What i can remember is that someone was waiting for a flight to arrive into Paris (I think Paris) but during the flight the world was ending/changing and the passengers wouldn't land to what the expected. I think there was a dinner party happening too on land.

Any ideas? I've scoured the library catalogue and the quick read shelves many times but no luck!

The dinner party and airport sound a bit like Station 11 by Emily St John Mandel - but I don’t think Paris gets a mention in that.

When did you read it? Hard back? Possible short story?

Is it The Anomaly by Hervé Le Tellier?

It was definitely short, not novel length. I picked it up a year or 2 ago. I've not read it, just the blurb.

I've found it! The Silence Don Delillo.

I've been looking for it for so long, just now searched the catalogue with key words 'dinner and flight'. The flight had left Paris not due to arrive there. And the synopsis doesn't sound as spooky as I'd imagined.
