so let’s see yours

A Scooby sandwich. Hovis granary wholemeal bread - toasted, two poached chestnut maran eggs, grated cheese, half an avocado mushed, mustard mayo, gherkins, salt & pepper. Celery sticks and cherry tomatoes on the side. It was very good.

That's all I've eaten today but am saving room for an Indian takeaway later.

I'd say yours looks like healthy volume eating and probably about 500- 600 calories, OP @princesspadam

I had a ham sandwich with Wholemeal bread, a packet of crisps and a glass of Coke

margarita and some Pringles

I'm a bit poorly so it was a Walkers ready salted crisp and mayo sandwich. Don't judge 😅

Leftover butter chicken and onion rice shoved in the microwave, and a can of Pepsi max.

I had left over potato wedges and chicken tenders from last night with ketchup.

Corned beef and Branston pickle sandwich ( on two slices of white Warburton farmhouse bread) packet of walkers salt and vinegar crisps and a lucazade orange drink.

As you asked.. I’d say it looks like a huge lunch!

A salmon mousse canapé, tofu curry and a cheese plate. Full disclosure, I've been at a work event - on my normal work days it's either a sandwich or a salad normally!

Oh no just realised that was yesterday, lost the plot as I've been up since 5 am - today was a train flapjack!

4 crisp breads with guacamole plus a bowl of Greek yoghurt with strawberries ( didn’t have breakfast )

I took the kids to Greg's for lunch😂

I had a wonderful lunch.

One big mac and one filet of fish. No fries. And no dinner. That's circa 900 cals and tasted amazing.

Oh I didn’t take a picture, but I had one cracker bread, a bowl of crunchy nut corn flakes and apple slices with peanut butter.

I would also say that a large lunch. If I had that I wouldn’t have a big dinner. I tend to have one big meal a day, but that’s just me.

I had a late breakfast of Greek yogurt, bran flakes and blueberries. So just had a bag of oat crisp things sour cream and cheese flavour and a banana.
