I live on a hill. Just looked out my bedroom window and I'm being absolutely dazzled by a house with solar panels.
It's bizarre. I've never seen this before. I just watched it go from absolutely dazzling, glowing bright white back to black and back again.
I've never seen them do this before. Are they in the blink?
It's like I've been looking at the sun. I've got a spot on my eyes now.
