It is not at the end of my ear canal where one would normally expect such things to be.

No infection. No additional hearing loss. (I am hard of hearing) it just seems to have gone into hiding.

Anyone know anything about ear canals (apart from the obvious don't stick cameras in them you twat)

It looks like it’s still there but hidden beneath wax.

There no wax, both ears are clear. I mean, obviously I don't actually think it's gone 😁 I'm just not as funny as I think i am but the ear canal is tiny and misshapen compared to the other one. It's shaped like an almond while the other is round and you can clearly see where the eardrum is on the right side but that area looks white and solid on the left.
