Ideas needed - day out with DD 17

Looking for inspiration on what I can do with DD on Wednesday. Not shopping based as that always seems to be the default option.

We have been through a bit of a tough time of late and I want to do something fun.

we live in Suffolk.

Colchester zoo is always a good day, especially if they still do giraffe feeding.

What are her interests?

Mine would have loved a trip to Sutton Hoo but appreciate that's not for all 17yos!

DD (20) and I love going for a nice lunch date and beach walk afterwards if we’re in need of a catch up!

Southwold is lovely - fish and chips on the beach, hot chocolate on the pier, walk to the harbour/walberswick, that kind of thing?

There is Go Ape in Thetford Forest if she likes climbing trees and zip lines.

Spa trip?
