Pillows too big for the pillow case!

This is probably the most boring thread posted today so please accept my apologies at the top.

Husband and I went and spent £££ on a new mattress yesterday and treated ourselves to a new Tempur Prima Cooling pillow each. We tried them in store, lovely and comfy.

HOWEVER - they're too big for our totally bog-standard pillow cases, so I was supremely uncomfortable with mine last night. It was all squashed up and therefore harder and taller than I like.

Really annoyed. Still comfy out of the case of course, but I don't want to look like I'm perpetually doing laundry and I also don't want to have to strip it off and put it back every night. I also use a silk pillowcase.

Of course Tempur only seem to offer one style, which is patterned, Oxford style, and only in three colours. I just want a plain pillowcase!

Has anyone got these pillows and found something that fits? Bonus if in several different colours.

Ikea Dvala are good sized pillowcases

This hotel supplier sell pillow cases in various sizes. (click select, it shows all measurements).
I use this company for all bedding ( after checking out labels in a rather smart hotel 😆).

The mock oxford are particularly large ( and come in 4 sizes). Ranges include 100% cotton, mixed, stripes, plain etc.

Pillow cases tend to come in one size. Mine aren't handmade and slightly smaller than normal, the new pillows are bigger than normal.

What you're missing is that I don't want to buy a load more pillowcases that don't fit?

Might be being dense, but the Oxford ones, are the measurements including the border part?

Sorry. I have the tempur pillows, and the Dorma range from Dunelm are a good fit
