Joom - scam?

Has anyone else had a poor experience buying through Joom?
I stupidly bought a pair of trainers wondering if it was dodgy, and now I want to return them can I do it?! Can I hell! No order showing in account to return, no call centre, no reply.

Not where else to go…trading standards maybe?

Otherwise you can do a chargeback on your card.

It also says that in order for the orders to show you need to select the same sign in option as the one you used for the purchase. (Facebook, Google+, Apple ID or email).

You can do a chargeback on a debit card as well.
