Now I’ve gone and got myself
a job as a HCA I was wondering what type of footwear is best seeing as i’ll
be on my feet all day.

On Running

Last time I visited someone in hospital I noticed all the nurses were wearing On trainers.

I have recently had a foot problem and my podiatrist said to avoid Skechers as not enough support

as a nursing student we had very strict guidelines on completely black, leather, non slip, lace up shoes not trainers. I got some from scholl they were the ugliest shoes I ever saw, but they would not die. I wore them for three years, as soon as I qualified bought some "trendy" trainers maybe sketchers after a month went back to the ugly shoes. They were supportive, comfortable and most importantly wipeable after an array of bodily fluids splatted on them. I rarely wore them out of the hospital because they were so ugly so never risked transferring any of said fluids into my home

Toffeln - my daughter swears by them. Ugly but comfortable.
