Kitchenaid repair

My kitchenaid is broken (think it’s the gears so not something I could fix myself). I’ve tried asking around, have called a couple of small appliance places but they can’t help.

Where would you go for such a thing? They are pricey appliances and I don’t feel like just handing it over to anyone random I find online.

TIA!

I don’t know, but I have the same problem myself, with a Kmix which mostly doesn’t lift up (dodgy lever). It’s depressing that one can spend so much on a machine and not be able to get small issues sorted out.

I’d look at local appliance repair shops and read the reviews. There are several near me who’ve fixed all sorts of things over the years, each with different specialties.

How long have you had it? I'd contact the manufacturer for advice on where to take it.

Contact kitchenaid and ask their advice

How crap is that @marmaladeandpeanutbutter
someone suggested a repair cafe type thing which could be a great idea but depends on the skills available and ability to get replacement parts

Will contact kitchenaid.
