Hey guys I’m just curious really I’m on baby number 4.
combined breast feeding and bottle. Mainly bottle now (formula)
I put him down at 7.30 in his own crib after a feed.
sometimes he’ll sleep till 11 for a feed. Sometimes he’s niggly every hour ! It’s hit and miss.
then from 11.30 he’ll go through till 4 at best. But from 4 he’s not very settled.
he brings his wind up easy now so it’s not that.
im so knackered it’s un real. Hes 5 months old.

his 11pm feed he has 5 ounce formula.
any tips and tricks?
he also still has to be swaddled or he’d hardly sleep at all xx

Mine both didn't sleep consistently all night until over a year when i stopped breastfeeding at night.

First was 8 weeks when she slept through consistently from 11-7 , she started waking between 5-7 months for a drink as she was sleeping 7-7 by then but she fed herself we just sat by her cot. From 7 months she would sleep 14 hours a night. Total dream baby.
Second was 18 weeks which seemed late compared to first but he started and didn’t stop like our first, he went straight to 12 hour kip. We’ve been exceptionally lucky!

My first slept through at 3. Second is almost 1, wakes every 1-2 hours, a very rare good night would be every 3 hours 😬

I’m one of those irritatingly lucky people whose baby’s slept through quite early. By ‘slept through’ I mean 8pm-6am, which I think it super for the age.

DS1 was 8 weeks
DS2 was also 8 weeks.

Mine were all very little - 8 weeks, 6 weeks & 6 weeks.

10 months first baby. Still a bulletproof sleeper. 2 years on the nose for second baby. Was dire. He has some physical problems too but has been an amazing sleeper for the past year.

good luck op, just strap yourself in and it will get better!

My son's 9 months and only slept through a handful of times
