Chelsea flower show - Monty being a bit of a knob

Usually love Monty's passion and slow, gentle enjoyment of gardening. But am I the only one who has noticed him contradicting/talking over his female co-presenters at Chelsea?? But currently listening enraptured to a male guest 🙄

Yes...I noticed him being like this just now over the Philadelphus plant of the year to his female co-presenter...maybe he's tired...

Or maybe he's gotten a bit too big for his boots. 🤨

I've always found him a bit of a knob at Chelsea. I was hoping him designing a garden this year would help him REALLY appreciate the work involved in the real show gardens but he's as nit-picky as ever.
DH and I both commented last night that he talked over Rachel and interrupted her comments. TBH I think he probably did that to Joe too but I've noticed it more this year.

I love Monty and he can do no wrong in my eyes but l think he's taken on too much this year with presenting and designing a garden . Hence his interrupting and disagreeing with others ,l think he's tired and irritable.
