A few days ago, I had a fairly standard interaction with a member of the public at work. I gave them the info they needed, and everything seemed fine, though they did seem a bit annoyed with me.
A few hours later, they called my workplace to speak to a colleague and said they wanted to file a complaint about me, adding that I “need to work on my personality.” I’m really confused – what does that even mean?
I know it’s probably nothing, and I didn’t actually do anything wrong, but it’s been on my mind ever since, and I can’t help but feel a bit upset about it.
