What jewellery do the female youth of today like right now?

I want to buy a jewellery gift for a v important 16 year old in my life, she's v cool and I am not 😂but what do they currently all like?

I was thinking an initial necklace but do they wear these anymore?!

Budget is £50 and I would love some help!

There are bracelets callled nomination bracelets which are around a lot. They look like a digital watch strap to me and you can buy panels which are charms. My DD and her friends in early 20s have them having long moved on from Pandora

Pandora has become ubiquitous and is therefore no longer popular with 'zeitgeisty' teens.

Yes the panel bracelets - you can tailor the panels with initials/ relevant icons. My 15yo likes layered bracelets - so several different in gold. Her thing is tarnish free. Accessories sell this but it is £££. She tends to go to solace online but waits for a discount code.

I would get an Abbott Lyon bangle ( probably gold )

Yikes. My 72 year old ‘step mum’ has been into nomination bracelets for years (personally I hate the bloody things). Never knew she was a trendsetter. She’ll find that hilarious. 😂
