Hot Flushes After Menopause

Has anyone had these? I came out the other side about a year ago I reckon, possibly more, but started hot flushes again soon after my fall 3 weeks ago. Getting quite a few following my op today as well. Thought I’d seen the back of them!

I never had them when going through menopause but now, 2-3 years down the line, seem to get them every so often. Also literally feel the blood vessels in my face fill up if I drink alcohol, get very hot after any caffeine. Even chocolate gets me hot and bothered.

I hear you! I had hot flushes through the menopause. Not too bad, but on and off. Never had night sweats.

I'm now 10/11 years post menopause and for the last 4 years I've had occasional hot flushes and night sweats. Interestingly they only seemed to come on after my COVID vaccine jabs, although I've yet to be convinced that they are related.
