What's this on my forehead

Is almost like overgrown skin cells or possibly a warty thing. Should I be worried ?

Picture isn't super clear but I would guess seborrheic keratosis.

Is it sore, itchy? How long has it been there? Changed shape? Have you tried antihistamines?

Not sore , not itchy .
Doesn't seem to change .

I get seborrheic warts (seborrheic keratosis) and the ones on my "normal" skin look like moles, but the two on my scalp are skin-coloured and warty/lumpy feeling
