Utilita - zero standing charge tariffs for electricity

Does anyone use Utilita for v low usage electricity? Due our house's history we have 2 electricity supplies. One for the vast majority of our use and a legacy one that used to supply a farm building outside. This legacy supply has VERY low usage and the bills we get are all standing charge. I am interested in finding a way to reduce the cost as, ironically, it costs too much to cut off the supply! Utilita seem to be the only company offering zero standing charge tariffs and I'm trying to work out whether to change.

I'm also interested as I'm exactly the same. The majority of my bills are from standing charges. This would reduce then right down.

I have read that their customer service isn't great which has put me off.
