Multivitamin for 40+

Hello,

I'm looking for a multivitamin containing B12, D, Magnesium and Omega 3. I've spent too long scrolling through Google and getting overwhelmed with all the info. Does anyone take 1 tablet that contains all of these or am I looking at multiple tablets a day (which I don't fancy).

Thanks!

I just take Centrum.

I do have a massive pot of magnesium glycinate.

I have in the past bought omega 3 but I know that I do eat oily fish 2-3 times every week (smoked salmon and tuna) and I also eat nuts every single day (Almonds, chia, Pumpkin seeds, half a Brazil nut) so I am confident I get enough.

I suppose my point/learning is - I don't actually like (having tried) taking big vitamin tablets so I end up not taking them after a while especially if I don't notice them doing anything. If they are vitamin gummies I'm probably more likely as they are like a sweet but they are quite expensive so I just take centrum, probably not even every day.

Same with magnesium - the tablets are usually massive and I actually found that I now I have cacao powder every day on porridge I don't feel anxious which is what I was taking it for (as cacao is high in magnesium).

So before spending lots a) consider just a standard multi vitamin b) have a look at foods that are high in magnesium and omega 3 and see if you can incorporate them long term.

I take A to Z multivitamins and minerals. They don't have omega 3, I don't think, but have the others (and much more).
