What constitutes a back pack - concert tonight

Seeing Kylie tonight in Newcastle, haven’t been to an arena for anything other than Disney on bloody Ice since 2007.

Now worrying I’m going to get it wrong. What constitutes a back pack? Apparently they aren’t allowed. I’ve got a handbag about hairbrush size that has two straps for my back. Is that a backpack? Or if I hold it in my hand is it just a handbag? I’m having a heavy period so kind of need to take stuff for that, and also medication (I’m asthmatic). The back straps is just for ease of carrying and also means I’m a hundred times less likely to waltz off without it in the pub after.

Is it worth scrapping and taking a clutch bag knowing I’ll probably forget it? I’m in a panic about it all, I’m looking forward to going but I’m neurodivergent and think this is going to be more difficult than I imagined.

My DS is seeing her next weekend in London
He has a small crossbody “ man bag” he uses for occasions like this
