Gave DD a £20 Robux card for one of her birthday presents a few weeks ago. She already knew what she wanted to buy so spent it immediately- I didn’t mind as she had already planned what to get and it was the first time I gave her some. I did warn her before spending that she won’t get any more until Christmas. She’s been begging me to consider getting her some in the summer holidays and says that her friends get them frequently. To be fair, she has shown me some of the add ons her school friends have and they definitely do get them, although impossible to say how regularly. Imo I think I’m probably not wanting to give her them more regularly as you’re not ‘getting’ anything for your money and I know she’ll spend it quickly. Then again, she’d rather have the Robux than actual money to spend in a shop. We also aren’t going away anywhere in the summer as I’m due a baby a few days before the holidays start, so I feel that maybe I should get her some for the summer?
