Stay alive if no man on earth was sexually or physically attracted to you in any way?

Doesn’t apply to me but curious as friends were discussing this the other night. Answers from women only - would you stay alive/be able to enjoy life if literally NO man on earth was sexually or physically attracted to you/turned on by you in any way, shape or form? And why?

I wonder if the men of the world can possibly manage to stay alive if I don’t find any of them attractive?

Well after 23 years together my OH told me he'd never loved me and never been attracted to me. I survived that so yeah I could survive this.

Are other women still an option? Just asking for a friend.....

Well I suppose you could do what some men do, and buy access to the body of some poor, vulnerable person willing to trade sex for the means to survive...

But you'd have to be a fairly hollow, inadequate and inhuman person to think that would be better than no sex at all... 😕

Well I’ve never had a sister and my mum has died, but as a hypothetical situation- yes, I would absolutely stay alive!

YES! I wonder if this is a biological thing? I have zero interest if men find me attractive now because why do I need them? I’ve already had my children.

Thats not to say I don’t want sex or to feel wanted… but I don’t particularly need them. Because I don’t. What for?

Dear god what a shallow question. I would hope that any woman with basic self-respect doesn't define her value according to her usefulness to men. Some men can be nice enough if you find a good one who doesn't see himself as superior, but no I don't need them.

OP you should read 'The End of Men' by Christina Sweeney-Baird.

It's about a virus that kills almost all men and boys but not women and girls. It's mostly about the repercussions for society and for individual women. I found it an incredible read.

I dress for myself, I certainly don't dress for men. I honestly don't care if men find me attractive or not. I've got too many other things to think about.

If you're a woman, and you need men to fancy you in order to make your life worth living, then please get help because those feelings are not normal or healthy.
