We offered on a house 3 days ago but haven't heard anything since.
Our offer was low, but the house is over valued and already reduced twice in the past 6 months. The market is also terrible at the moment. Nothing in our area is selling and most homes are reduced at least once.
Can't decide if no response to our offer is a good sign or bad sign. Are they taking their time to seriously consider or are they offended?
We have chased the agent but she was out of the office.
