Present for 4 year-old

I need to get a present for a 4 year-old, budget around £20.

She's visiting from Australia, so nothing too bulky or heavy, as it'll need to go in her parents' suitcase and they're not going to love me if I buy her a dolls house!

I know she loves Bluey (which is of course, brilliant, even my big kids watch it), but I'd rather get her something a bit more classic rather than TV based.

It's been a while since my children were that age, so I'm slightly out of touch with what a 4 year old would love. Suggestions appreciated!

I think it depends whether you want her to love it straight away or whether you want her parents to keep it safe for her until she’s old enough to appreciate the classic nature of it. It would be nice for you to see her be excited about it, rather than a bit ambivalent.

A snow globe? If you wanted to personalise it, you could get a kit and either stick a photo in there, or a Bluey figurine.

A personalised blanket? There’s a Bluey one on Etsy for under £23.

A Sylvanian Family of animals native to the UK such as the badgers or hedgehogs?

Thanks for the ideas. I would rather it was something she'd love straight away - but maybe not something based on a TV show.

For instance, for Christmas I got her a bath toy that's like a barista set and makes "coffee" out of bubble bath. That's the sort of thing I'm looking for - something she'll love. (But perhaps not quite so bulky!) What toys do your 4 year olds adore?
