I need to prep a batch of BLT sandwiches this evening, ready for Serving at 1pm tomorrow. I’ll only have 5-10 mins to assemble tomorrow and will be transporting them to a site 8mins away. I’ll be slicing the tomato, lettuce, prepping the seasoned mayo etc later…
how would you prep / store the bacon this evening? I assume cook as normal then store in airtight container in fridge?
I know it’s a stupid question but it’s for a really special person so has to be BLT and I can’t make it on site where they are.
