No ocado slots?

I only do an ocado shop every couple of months but I have just logged on and there are no slots at all where I live. Anyone else having this issue or does anyone know why?

It may be related to the M and S cyberattack which has impacted their supply chain. That may mean some areas are less well served. I’m in London and have been able to book slots though

Ocado have not been much affected by the M&S cyber attack. I get an Ocado shop twice a week and the slot availability is the same as usual, I've got an order coming tomorrow. I've found most M&S food products are still available via Ocado.

Just checked my app. I can book from 6.30am tomorrow. Plenty of availability.

I had an email the other day about a change in their terms and conditions-it states that they can junk off not widely used areas maybe it's got something to do with that

@MsPug interesting. Just checked my postcode in their post code checker and it says they deliver to the area. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I am in south Yorkshire in case anyone else is having similar issues.

I have a smart pass, I think they have always prioritised deliveries for smart pass holders and deprioritised occasional users, but I am surprised there are literally no slots. (I'm in the south east, semi rural.)

Turns out they are migrating my account (without telling me) and I won't be able to book a slot till next week. So I have ordered from Waitrose instead and they have lost a customer... Idiots.

I had an email from Ocado saying they’ve got a new website coming soon. Could it be anything to do with that?
