Cancelling Vinted sale?

MakingSpaceForJoy · 12/05/2025 06:38

Someone made me an offer on an item and I accepted it, but then when I saw their reviews suggesting they were a scammer, I now want to cancel my accepted offer.

Anyone know how to do this?

Just block them then they won’t be able to see anything you have for sale

But I’ve already accepted an offer, stupidly.

If you go into Help Centre on the app it details how to cancel a sale.

Have they paid for it yet, or have you just accepted the offer?

Noshadelamp · 12/05/2025 08:21

Yes you can cancel a sale.

MakingSpaceForJoy · 12/05/2025 08:29

Just accepted offer.

I’ve followed the instructions on Vinted to cancel but the “cancel order” option does not come up. It says press the 3 dots on top right of conversation with person, and select cancel order, but as I said this option is not coming up.

The person has really bad reviews 🤕

If they haven’t paid for it yet, there technically is no sale. So as a PP has said, just block the user and they won’t be able to see your wardrobe.

There is no sale to cancel. Just block them, or cancel the sale if they do buy. It's not like eBay where an offer is binding

Have they paid yet? If the have paid you can cancel the order but I'd they haven't paid then there's no sale, nothing to worry about.

I cancelled an order recently because I couldn't find the item that sold, they had already paid.

If no payment yet then just block and don't worry about it x
