Plumping out

33(nearly34)F. 2 x children both via c section. All through 20’s was a size 8. 30’s hit a size 10 - bit larger thighs and a stomach started.

⏩️ to now. Size 12 stomach is visibly sticking out. Thighs and calf’s have got wider and face has become rounded.

I have upped my walking, drinking more, going on runs, cut down on snacking and am now in a calorie deficit. However, I’m not shifting anything. Any tips to really ramp it up.

5ft 7 10st

would like to get to 9st 2 minimum
