Inspired by another thread but what do you take this to mean?

I would guess it’s saying you need to throw out the old to make way for the new

or that you need to give yourself wholeheartedly to something to make a change?

What do you think?

That thing only change when you throw caution to the wind, or allow a little chaos in?
