S25 ultra. How to have a Note as the first thing I see when I pick up the phone.

I want to be able to write a to do list in Note and see it whenever I pick up my phone. I don't want to have to go looking in the Notes app or swiping several screens to get to it. I want the list to be in my face whenever I pick my phone up. Anyone managed to do this please?

Can you add a notes widget to your home screen? On my (similar) phone I can have either a widget for writing a note, to show my list of notes or just of a single note.

Long press on your home screen in a blank space and then have a look at what widgets are available.

Have you got the S pen? I have on 24 ultra and you can write on the lock screen and it will stay there until you delete it. I do it all the time

@VerityUnreasonble thanks for the recommendation but I'd prefer to have it on the lock screen.
@Haribosweets Yes I have the pen but I can't work out how to do what you've done. It sounds exactly what I want though. I tried Samsung support but ended up drawing a blank 2/3 of the way through their explanations. I'll try again with them tomorrow.

Ah I misunderstood- have you checked if you can do this with good lock? It's on the galaxy store.

You've probably tried this but take the pen out when screen is off and you can write on it. That's what I do on mine
