When did your perimenopause symptoms start?

And what were they? I’m 43 and feel like I’ve got PMS every day lately, could it be peri?

Im 41 and ive definitely noticed symptoms this year. Ive had some hot flushes, sore bobs, swollen stomach.
Ive had period pains the week before period and week of period, instead of just week of period

I think it was between 35 and 38. That was the first time I was unable to push through.

I was diagnosed with fibroids at 40, had them treated at 43, started HRT at 46 but really I think it started in my early 40’s and the other things going on and trying a billion different hormonal treatments to reduce the heavy bleeding caused by fibroids disguised it.
