Received wrong item on Vinted

I ordered a child's top and been sent the wrong thing. I have raised an issue and the seller apologised and asked if I wanted to send it back. I said I would if she told me the best way to go about this but she never got back to me. What should I do? I don't really want to have to pay postage to return it.

Did you tell Vinted within 48 hours?

You just follow the process on Vinted, there should be an option to use their build in shipping to generate a return label. Unless the seller agrees to pay for it, you will have to pay the return shipping costs.
