Feeling faint in random situations

This has been going on for many years since i was a young teen (now mid 30s) so I'm not overly concerned, but it happened this morning for the first time in ages, and I just wondered if anyone else has had similar.....

When I'm in certain environments or situations, I start to feel quite faint (have never actually fainted) i used to work in a nursery years ago and it happened there. If I looked away from the children/people around me and squinted my eyes I could control it and feel better.
It happened again this morning at a busy toddler group, and it has also happened when I have seen Mimes, people dressed up as clowns etc. It's really random!
Anyone else had similar?

Start of a panic attack?

Is it when you're standing up? (Orthostatic hypotension). That often starts for women as teenagers (I have POTS).

Don't think so as it doesn't seem related to feeling anxious, used to get panic attacks years ago and it didn't happen then.

Low blood pressure?

Does it changed base on period? Maybe worth checking blood pressure and iron levels/red blood count.

Type of migraine maybe if it happens when you're focusing, especially on busy or fast moving stimulus, and eases when you shift your eyes. This happens to me but its more a blurring of my vision that then makes me feel dizzy.
