Is this a wart on hand ?!

Toddler dd hand that is.
Tried squeezing it but nothing happens, I’m convinced it’s a wart. Started as a pink lump few days ago and quickly developed this white top

Go to a chemist Op, it looks like a wart but they'll know and can sell you medication to remove it

Yeah it is. Been there, was a stubborn bugger to get rid of but it went on its own eventually when I gave up..

might be a verruca- have they been crawling on surfaces where people have bare feet?
