TSH Levels

Does anyone know how long it can take for TSH levels to go from normal to abnormal? Mine TSH level was 3.7 in 2022 but I’ve recently started having symptoms of an under active thyroid and a family history. Got a blood test booked for next week but I’m curious.

Quite quickly, sometimes. Mine went from 3.43 to 4.95 in 6 weeks.

Mine is uncontrolled (under specialist investigation) and changes drastically between every blood test, even ones only 3 weeks apart.
