Yep. But probably not for you, for some poor sucker down the line when everyone else’s bog roll and whatever shit (pardon the pun) other people flush gets caught on it and a blockage develops. It will back up into their garden, not yours.

You may need a drain snake to dig it out. Or as InternetRandoms suggests, someone else in the area may. Hopefully it doesn't get caught anywhere, though.
