Co-op arena Manchester

Hi everyone

Im due to attend an event at Co-Op, but I've never been there before and to be honest it's been a while since I've been to anything like this.

Start time is 1930, what time should we get there?

Is it a long wait in the queues to get inside?
Is it worth going earlier or closer to the start time?
Any advice welcome!! Thank you x

Trams are honestly really simple. Every station is announced and there is a display board telling you what the next station is. When I go to the Etihad, it's invariably from my DF's place in Altrincham so I get the tram going out of Altrincham (always going north) and if necessary, change at Cornbrook.

To the person coming from the north, find a station which has parking and leave your car there. Last time I went to the Etihad, my cousin parked at Ashton Moss and met us at the stadium.

This is really interesting. We are going to see Morrissey next month, and I didn't know half of this.

just give yourself plenty of time to get there and get food/drink around the venue and don't be expecting to get yourself there and back in 15 mins each way on the tram

Thanks for all the info. That was the quickest exit and back to hotel from any gig in the Uk.
Compared to the 2 and a half hour shambles getting from the Stadium of Light back into Newcastle.
