I received a letter out of the blue fully addressed to me last week with my correct name with a key fob serial number saying a member of the public approached them with a lost key of mine. They're asking me to take out key insurance with them so it doesn't happen again. However, I haven't lost a key. Could this be a scam? And why couldn't this 'lost key' be posted out to me?
