Posting here for traffic. Does anyone have a good recommendation to sort Sciatica, bearing in mind that I cannot stand up. I’m a wheelchair user, my left side has nerve conduction problems, and is therefore quite painful. My right side is making me cry out, and I’m really not a dramatic person!
I am taking paracetamol, nurofen and Tramadol.
