No inspiration and I have run out of ideas.

We had curry last night.

I have a cauliflower in the fridge.

What are you having and what should I buy in Tesco later?

Fish cakes and potatoes.

Chicken and chorizo encroute ( thanks M&S) with peas and roasted cherry tomatoes.

Maccys. Dd has tennis coaching 6-7, too early to eat before, too late to cook after.

Butternut squash, kale and butterbean curry. Time to get on with it.....

Sausage, mash, red cabbage and broccoli. I wasn't looking forward to it when the sun was shining earlier but it's quite chilly now so now I am.

Made the Butter Chicken from the Roasting Tin around the world book, was delicious

Roasted veg with garlic and herb marinated chicken breasts with melted halloumi cheese on top with side of chicory and Harrisa dressing ( honey lemon olive oil) on flat breads. Might have a couple of glasses of wine too.

Quiche salad and coleslaw for me. Everyone else had beans and chips with their quiche!

Roast chicken dinner

I bought it from Tesco! I think it would be quite easy to make though. I’ve tried to attach a pic, but usually fail at that

We are having katsu chicken fillets (thank you Morrisons) with a vegetable chow mein. Eldest having chips too as hes been at work all day 🤣

I'm waiting for my shopping to be delivered, so there's nothing in the house! So, we have the perfect excuse to order takeaway

Dh and ds are ordering a takeaway, I went out for a late lunch with friends and am still full so nothing for me!

Boiled eggs and buttered white bread - just finished it

We just ate Firecracker chicken (asda, it's the best in the world) cooked in the air fryer, diced up and added to mushroom rice. All I used was all purpose seasoning and it does the job. Plus I made a massive pot, so can carry it over for tomorrow's lunch too!

Just finished chilli and rice made by DH.

I made a lovely fish pie with green beans and peas. It was delicious.

Rotisserie chicken from M&S. Nothing else, just stood at the counter and picked at it. Shared some with my very appreciative cat.

It’s Cinco de Mayo….and I live in a neighbourhood with lots of neighbours who all hail from Mexico! We are having a neighbourhood pot luck.
I’m taking shredded beef enchiladas and some tajin mango

We had a homemade cream of tomato and basil soup with crusty bread. Plenty left for lunches tomorrow too.
