Climbing houseplant ideas

I have this vision but wondering where to start.

I think it is philodendron and I can only find tiny plants available to buy so it wouldn't be instant but more of a project.

I can't see what sort of trellis holds it to the wall and ceiling?
If anyone has grown a plant this way, I'd appreciate your tips and photos if you're happy to share

That plant doesn't look to be a climbing plant as much as a hanging plant that has been hooked up.

Either way, it's going to be a project to allow the plant to grow big enough. This one appears to be hooked up rather than on a trellis if you look at the top where it loops along. There don't appear to be any tendrils that grow up and catch hold of trellis.
