I had someone comment on my Engagement & wedding ring this week- it wasn't exactly positive , with the response of ' Oh, they're different' (Tone was a bit off!)
So here is mine, I love them- my husband has a similar band along with similar rings in general!
Would love to see everyone elses!

I always wanted an opal engagement ring. Not terribly traditional, but it is my favourite gemstone. Because it isn't as robust as a diamond, I don't wear it every day, but I have had it 34 years and I still love it.
The wedding ring is just a plain, old 9ct yellow gold, traditional band...very of it's time back in the 1990's!
We then got the half eternity ring when we went to Australia on holiday 7 years and one daughter later!
It is so hard to photograph opals and catch all the many colours running through the stone.
When I am just around the house, doing house-worky things, then I will often wear my mum's (RIP) engagement ring, which is a very traditional solitaire diamond, and will wear my ring when going out.
