Yes i was wondering about doing that. It is a proper noun, usually capitalised. Not usually a name but apparently can be.

Head towards the start of the alphabet.

Sort of. I actually got 993 right before I got target. It is one letter longer and ends with the same letter.

Nothing on the word list actually relates in any way to the target word. There aren't even many similarly themed words.
