Evening all,
Having not been sent goods I ordered in January and I raised a chargeback with my bank. The total was for £101 but I’d received part order the remaining order of £60.99 was disputed by the bank and the bank processed this for me. Come February they sent me a very nasty email claiming I had received my order and now I will be taken to court.
i replied to them by email and they ignored me. When I said to them the bank said they are to contact them about the dispute if they don’t believe it’s fair they ignored me and the bank.
this was 20th feb now today 30/4 they are now threatening me and demanding extra fees or I will be taken to court. Looked on Trustpilot and it seems everyone going through same thing battling for there refunds for goods that haven’t arrived with a warning sign on trust pilot about this company. Rang the bank and they have closed the dispute because I won it. Now there threatening legal action for fraud and want a payment of £101 even though bank disputed £60 where do I stand with this and should I report to anyone?
