Clean the loo at work?

Our office block has a live-in cleaner but I know speaking to her that she's been on holiday since Monday for two weeks and I strongly suspect that no one has stepped in her absence (the overflowing paper towels in the bin are the giveaway).

There are three offices with multiple people and two loo's in the shared corridor so they get fairly heavy traffic. It's just making me icky sitting down for a pee now after a week of no clean.

Sneak a bottle of bleach and cleaning wipes in my handbag? A quick once over before I leave work tomorrow? Only the loo I always use because I'm one of those people that parks her cheeks always on the same loo 😁

Of it's a gender neutral loo please at least try to get a man to volunteer. Us women always pick up all these sort of jobs and men (not all men) just magically think they get done by cleaning fairies.

At the very least, message to let people know you have done it and suggest that there is a rota for next time the cleaner is on holiday.

I could do I suppose. Well my office but I don't have the other two office emails to spread the word, but ideally I wanted to remain anonymous. Don't really want to become the batshit crazy woman in the office and end up with a toilet brush given to me at Secret Santa 😆 but yeah the two toilets are unisex.

I love how you are going to be petty and only clean the toilet you use. I do the same and have my preferred cubicle.
