Aldi's cheese bakes (the delicious Barber's mature cheddar ones in the little ceramic dishes) with hot crusty sourdough bread to dip, accompanied by a tray of roasted garlic,red onions, courgettes, red peppers.

I would like that to be my last meal on earth😁 Quick, easy and SO delicious!

A tomato-baswd curry with a lot of lentils, and whatever veg I have in the house. With pilau rice and home made naans.

Mixed curried nut roast, lentil and cheese bake, chick pea and mushroom curry, thick lentil soup. All easy to make and cheap as chips. Lentil soup and garlic sourdough would be my last meal!

just discovered vegetable satay!
marinaded tofu and mushrooms in all sorts of spices and whatever and made a satay sauce. Home made coleslaw, green leaves and rice cooked with a lime leaf and a stock cube. Delicious!
