I had a few weeks of stress. I don't want to go into too much detail. I think the worse is abuse and harassment from an ex friend who won't leave me alone and types dirty and vulgar to me and intimates me. She's horrible and entitled.

There's only more stress on the way for me unfortunately due to work and study and parent issues and visitors. It's going to be a summer jam packed of so much and little fun.

I would live to book a massage but I don't know what kind.

I know I had a hot stone massage before and I loved it. I would love a full body hot stone massage but I don't like my feet so I think I will give that one a miss.

I am thinking of a back, neck and shoulder hot stone massage. Or an Indian head massage.

What do you guys think? What kind of massage should I book?

I don't know about massages. I don't like being touched by strangers but blocking the ex friend would be a good start.

If you’d like a full body hot stone massage then get one - absolutely nothing wrong with your feet I’m sure, and they won’t care if there is.
I ask for them to leave my feet alone because I am insanely sensitive on them and it’s never been a problem so that’s always an option but they see all kinds of bodies and don’t bat an eye

I love an Indian head massage. It’s my favourite. You do get very oily though so take a hat to go home in!

My massage of choice is reflexology.
If you feel bad about your feet (and a professional therapist won't notice) just exfoliate and moisturise beforehand.
I have only had a hot stone massage once. It did nothing for me.
Full body with firm pressure is also good.

A full body massage (you can go hot stone if you like, I personally don’t really like it), but just ask them not to do your feet. Add on an Indian head massage as an additional treatment, but I don’t think they are ‘relaxing’ in the way you are looking for.

I personally always go for a deep tissue massage, but it depends on the level of pressure you want.

Get a full body stone massage but ask them not to touch your feet.

Have you blocked your ex friends number and on social media?

I contacted a spa to make a booking for a full hot stone body massage but they had no availablity for this weekend.

So I found another place and the only option was a hot stone massage for back, neck and shoulders so I booked that for this Saturday. I am looking forward to it.

I will book another massage in a few weeks for a full body hot stone I think.

I have a monthly back and neck massage to get out the knots etc., but when I am on holiday or giving myself a great I like an Indian head massage... It's just so relaxing!

Go for Reiki. Amazing IMO

Reflexology is lovely

I had plenty of massages before but when I had them, I was a little bit younger and I never wore back back then. I now wear a tinted moisturer every day and just a little bit of makeup like bronsing drops. I look awful without make up.

I have a massage booked on Saturday. Should I go without makeup? I really don't want to. Or will I bring some face wipes with me and take off any make up in a nearby toilet?

You won't need to take your makeup off for your massage as you're not having your face done, but you will be lying face down and it will get smudged. Best to go without it, I think. In my experience there is never a nearby toilet, unless in the actual massage place, and it would be a bit weird to do it there! Just my opinion.
