I know lots of people rely on Ubers, and due to the nature of their use some people might come unstuck if they don’t know in advance

Does this just affect Heathrow or other London airports too ?

I think it’s just Heathrow and the surrounding area. There’s due to be a protest at Heathrow.

now it could mean others join in from other areas (or they might cash in on Heathrow!)
so it might be harder to get an uber. I’d think of a backup just in case.

My DD has booked a mini cab to Stansted. Flight is too early for the train unfortunately.
