Has anyone ever used the Aldi rattan garden furniture?

Sorry, not a very exciting thread 🤣 but I'm looking for some garden furniture for my tiny yard and saw that Aldi currently have their rattan sofa set for £200. There aren't any reviews so I'm not sure what the quality is like and how well it will last with a cover?

We don't have much money to spend but at the same time I don't want to spend £200 on something that is not going to last longer than a year and would spend a little bit more to get something better!

We bought one of their rattan corner sofa sets in 2020, and it's still looking good.

Just looked it up, also interested to know!

Thanks @kitchenplans, that's good to know! Is it comfy to sit on and sturdy? I'm not exactly a gentile petite woman so it needs to be able to withstand a heavy weight 🤣

We’ve got an egg chair that we’ve had 4 years and still going strong.

I'm big, and it holds my weight. It's comfortable enough, back is,a bit low, but they tend to be on all similar garden sofas.

Decided to bite the bullet and buy the Aldi sofa yesterday while they were still in stock. Was an absolute pain to put together, took us a lot longer than anticipated and lots of swearing was involved but now it's built I love it!
It does feel very sturdy (the kids re under strict instructions not to just launch themselves on it) and it is comfy.

I do agree @kitchenplans the back could be a bit higher but I can deal with that for the bargain price 😁
